Regiment At The Road
The Yorkshire Regiment here marching on the Elland Road pitch before the Football League First Divison game against the Milton Keynes Dons on the 24th April, 2010. The Yorkshire Regiment is the county infantry regiment of Yorkshire. It consists of 4 Battalions of Soldiers, Three Regular and One Territorial. United legend Peter Lorimer presented operation service medals to the heroes during the half time break after they had spent the last six months in Afghanistan.
