Snoddy Tucking Up

Snoddy Tucking Up

Description: Robert Snodgrass caught here wrapping up as he walks towards the United bench. The shot coming from the Football League Championship game against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on the 14th January, 2012. Snodgrass started this one on the bench for Leeds but replaced Aidan White after 56 minutes. Just six minutes later he scored United's equalising goal.

Gary McAllister beat a host of other clubs when he signed the highly rated Robert Snodgrass in late July, 2008 from Scottish outfit Livingston on a three year contract. After some excellent match winning performances 'Snoddy' soon established himself as one of Grayson's automatic choices for his first eleven and with two years left on his current contract he was offered a new four year deal with United at the beginning of the 2009-10 season. The Members Club Player of the Year for 2008-09 was delighted with the offer. "It`s been great since I came down here last summer and I really love the club. From the fans to the back-room staff and the other players..."

Leeds United: Lonergan, Thompson, Lees, O'Dea, White, Clayton, Pugh, Brown, Townsend, McCormack, Becchio.
Subs: Snodgrass for White, Forssell for Becchio.

Thanks To: Paul for this great pic.
