Coming on a free transfer David Norris the Midfielder is one of four new Summer signings from troubled League One outfit Portsmouth FC. He made his debut for Leeds in the Football League Cup game against Shrewsbury Town on the 11th August, 2012. Manager Warnock said: "I think David always wanted to sign for us... It was just tying up everything and being able to give him the go-ahead. There's a number of clubs he's spoken to who were hoping and hanging on for him so it's good to put it over the line." Manager Simon Grayson signed Scotland International Ross McCormack from Cardiff City on the 27th August, 2010 for an undisclosed fee.
