Description: United on the attack here during the pre-season friendly with York City at KitKat Crescent in July of 2008. The game ended in a 1-1 stalemate with United's goal coming from a close range volley by Jermaine Beckford on the end of an Andrew Hughes cross. An impressive 4,405 fans turned out for this Summer encounter, over half of them United fans. 2,287 Leeds fans made the trip forcing a 15 minute delay to the original K.O time.
