Neil Kilkenny was signed by Dennis Wise on the 4th January, 2008. Coming to Leeds United initially on an emergency loan to ensure his inclusion in the squad the following day. He made his debut for the Whites three days before he signed his contract and picked up the Man of the Match award to boot in that game against Northampton Town. By mid season 2008-09 after a run of impressive displays Kilkenny established himself as Grayson's number one choice for his favoured central midfield role. English born Kilkenny is an Australian International, he grew up in Brisbane, Australia after his family moved there when he was just a kid. Match report to follow.
