Description: United defend a MK Dons attack here in the Football League Division One clash on December 20th, 2008 at the MK: Stadium. It wasn't the best afternoon for Gary McAllister's men as United lost the game 3-1 with the Leeds goal coming from Robert Snodgrass. This also proved to be Gary McAllister's last game in charge for United the defeat against Miton Keynes Dons was the final straw for chairman Ken Bates and also for a lot of the Leeds United faithful. This latest defeat was the fifth straight loss for United, a run which also included a defeat against non league outfit Histon in the FA Cup and saw United drop to ninth position in the FL1 League table. 17,073 supporters turned up at the MK:Stadium for the game with over 4,000 cheering for the men in Blue.
