Description: Neill Collins here United's defender up for a corner and as a go with his head in this action shot in front of the Kop End at Elland Road. The pic coming from the Football League Championship game at Elland Road against Middlesbrough on the 1st January, 2011. Neill played the full ninety minutes for The Whites in the game against the Smoggies.

Manager Simon Grayson brought Neill Collins to Leeds on loan in March, 2010 for the rest of the 2009-10 season. Coming from Preston North End Neill was an important fixture in United's push for promotion to the Championship. After playing that instrumental part in United's automatic promotion to the Championship Neill was signed up for a three year deal on the 7th July, 2010 for an undisclosed fee. It was announced though on 31st December, 2010 that Collins would be moving to Sheffield United on a permanent move for an undisclosed fee. Manager Grayson commented that Neill wasn't getting his chance at Leeds as other players were in there and the move would give him the chance of regular football.

Subs: Kilkenny for Hughes, Sam for Gradel, Watt for Snodgrass.
