Description:
Luciano Becchio United's Argentine Striker on the ball and in full control here for the Whites on the Elland Road pitch. The shot coming from the Football League Championship game against Norwich City at Elland Road on the 19th February, 2011. Luciano started the game for Leeds and scored the first goal against the Norfolk outfit but was replaced on 90 minutes by Billy Paynter.
The Argentinian Becchio was signed by Gary McAllister on the 31st July, 2008 for three years. He impressed the manager with his performances during the 2007-08 pre-season friendlies while on loan from Spanish outfit Merida Union Deportiva. With some stellar performances for Leeds since his arrival he has made the number 10 shirt his own and become a fans favourite.
