Description: Barry Bannan here the Leeds United loanee Midfieder and Bradley Johnson United's English Midfielder caught on the Elland Road pitch during a break in play. The shot coming from the Football League Championship game against Ipswich Town at Elland Road on the 12th March, 2011. Bannan replaced Jonathan Howson on 76 minutes while Johnson played the full ninety in the game against the Tractor Boys.

Manager Simon Grayson brought in Barry Bannon on loan fron Aston Villa on the 7th March, 2011 for the rest of the 2010-11 season. He made his debut for Leeds coming on as substitute in the away game against Preston North End. "Barry is a player we have been tracking for a while," said Grayson after the move. "He's had the opportunity to go to nearly every other team in the Championship so for him to come here makes it all the more pleasing.

Dennis Wise signed Bradley Johnson from Northampton Town on the 8th January, 2008 in a three year deal for a fee of 250,000 pounds. Johnson found it hard to find his place under new manager Gary McAllister and had a two month loan spell with Brighton and Hove Albion during the 2008-09 season which ended on 3rd January, 2009 Johnson scored 4 goals in 10 games for Brighton. Johnson returned to Leeds and has since established himself as one of Grayson's first choices for one of United's midfield spots.
