Description:
Shane Higgs the United goalkeeper watches proceedings on the park here during the Football League First Division game against Bristol Rovers at Elland Road on the 8th May, 2010. Shane played the full ninety minutes for the Whites in the game against the Pirates.
Shane Higgs was signed by Simon Grayson on the 3rd July, 2009. Coming to Leeds from Cheltenham Town while on loan at Wolverhampton Wanderers Higgs signed a one year deal. Higgs put in some excellent performance during the 2009-10 pre-season friendlies which earned him the Number One jersey at Elland Road taking over from Casper Ankergren as the first choice keeper.
