Paul started for the Whites in the game against the Pools but was replaced after 59 minutes by Andy Hughes.

The United manager Simon Grayson signed Paul Connolly on a three year contract on the 10th June, 2010. Connolly took over the number two shirt for the Whites displacing Jason Crowe who took the shirt number 20 spot. A delight Grayson said "Paul brings plenty of experience and know-how to the squad."

Subs: Hughes for Connolly, Gradel for Sam, Grella for Kilkenny, Somma for Becchio.
