Description: Luciano Becchio United's Argentinian striker winning on points here in a tussle for the ball with the Southampton opposition. This Football League First Division game against the South Coast outfit was played on the 19th December, 2009. Luciano played the full ninety minutes for Leeds in the game aginst the Saints.

The Argentinian Becchio was signed by Gary McAllister on the 31st July, 2008 for three years. He impressed the manager with his performances during the 2007-08 pre-season friendlies while on loan from Spanish outfit Merida Union Deportiva. He has since made the number 10 shirt his own.
