Pen Before Preston

Description: A packed East Stand watches Neil Sullivan keeping goal against the Leeds United mascot here. The view from the rights side of the Kop. Blackwell's men were playing Preston in the first leg of their Play Off Semi Final at Elland Road at the end of the 2005-06 season. It was Blackwell's second season in charge for the Whites and after early exits in both domestic cup competitions he led the Whites to the Championship Play Off's. The home leg ended in a 1-1 draw, Eddie Lewis netting a wonderful eqaliser with a free kick from the edge of the penalty area, in front of 35,239 supporters.
