Description:
United fans here around the Billy Bremner statue before the Football League First Division game against Swindon Town at Elland Road on the 3rd April, 2010. The Leeds fans there to lay flowers in remembrance of Christopher Loftus and Kevin Speight. Chris and Kevin were tragically murdered while on their travels following The Whites in Europe. The devastating incident took place in Istanbul Turkey the night before United's UEFA Cup tie against Galatasary on the 5th April, 2000. The game against Swindon Town was the last home game before the 5th of the month, the date that marked the tenth anniversary of the terrible loss of Chris and Kevin.
