Description:
A packed East Stand here at the last league game of the 2007-2008 season. 38,256 fans watched United beat Gillingham 2-1 which sent the visitors down. This was one of the few times the East Stand upper has been open since United's relegation from the top flight and the game against the Gills attracted the biggest home United support since that drop from the Prem. McAllister's men won the game 2-1 with Bradley Johnson and Tresor Kandol getting the Leeds United goals.
Leeds United: Ankergren, Gardner, Michalik, Huntington, Sweeney, Prutton, Douglas, Hughes, Johnson, Kandol, Elding. Subs: Carole for Sweeney, Delph for Douglas, Marques for Elding. Thanks to Colin Callow for the great pic. Views:
