Description: Rodolph Austin United's Jamaican Midfielder, Habib Habibou the African Forward and Scottish Forward Ross McCormack applaud the Leeds United fans for their support here. The shot coming from the Football League Championship game against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on the 9th March, 2013. McCormack started the game for Leeds but was replaced on 88 minutes by Ryan hall while Austin replaced David Norris on 88 minutes and Habibou replaced Steve Morison on 90 minutes.

After weeks of speculation manager Neil Warnock finally captured the signature of Rodolph Austin. The Jamaican International Midfielder signed for Leeds on the 23rd July, 2012. Coming from Norwegian outfit SK Brann the tough tackling Midfielder's cost to The Whites was 300k. Austin revealed he always wanted to join United as soon as he heard the Club was interested, with Eirik Bakke his former teammate at Brann and former United Midfielder being a major influence. Rodolph made his debut for Leeds in the Football League Cup game against Shrewsbury Town on the 11th August, 2012. The player days before his debut told the official site: "I can't speak for the fans, but I'm a person who likes to win and I always try and do my best. It's for them to judge me... Fans like players who play with passion and I think it's up to them to be honest, but I'll keep doing what I'm doing."

Habib Habibou trained with Leeds United during the first half of the 2012-13 season and was later viewed by manager Neil Warnock as a potential replacement for Luciano Becchio, if the Argentine moved on. After Becchio left Leeds on January 31st, transfer deadline day, Neil Warnock moved to sign Habibou. The Central African Forward signed for The Whites on a six month loan from SV Zulte Waregem with an option to make the move permanent. Habibou made his debut for Leeds as substitute replacing El Hadji Diouf in the Championship game against Cardiff City at Elland Road on the 2nd February, 2013. By the 3rd May the Club announced they would not be making Habibou's loan deal permanent.

Manager Simon Grayson signed Scotland International Ross McCormack from Cardiff City on the 27th August, 2010 for an undisclosed fee. Ross made his debut for the Whites just a day later coming on as substitute in the 70th minute in the 1-0 away win at Watford. United's manager Grayson was delight with the capture of Ross saying: "Ross is a player of good quality.... He's proved in the Championship he can score goals and hopefully he will continue that with us."
