Description:
Luciano Becchio has words with the Colchester United defender Matt Heath here during the Football League First Division encounter against The U's at Elland Road on the 30th January, 2010. Luciano played the full ninety minutes of the game for United and won a penalty for Leeds after he was brought down on 38 minutes after the striker breached the Colchester rearguard.
The Argentinian Becchio was signed by Gary McAllister on the 31st July, 2008 for three years. He impressed the manager with his performances during the 2007-08 pre-season friendlies while on loan from Spanish outfit Merida Union Deportiva. He has since made the number 10 shirt his own.
