Description: Rodolph Austin United's Jamaican Midfielder stretchered off the Elland Road pitch here after he went down in pain defending a corner. The shot coming from the Football League Championship game against Watford at Elland Road on the 10th November, 2012. Rodolph started the game for Leeds but went off after 50 minutes with an injury. Scans after the game revealed revealed a cracked ankle bone which will keep Austin out for several months. After weeks of speculation manager Neil Warnock finally captured the signature of Rodolph Austin. The Jamaican International Midfielder signed for Leeds on the 23rd July, 2012. Coming from Norwegian outfit SK Brann the tough tackling Midfielder's cost to The Whites was 300k. Austin revealed he always wanted to join United as soon as he heard the Club was interested, with Eirik Bakke his former teammate at Brann and former United Midfielder being a major influence. Rodolph made his debut for Leeds in the Football League Cup game against Shrewsbury Town on the 11th August, 2012. The player days before his debut told the official site: "I can't speak for the fans, but I'm a person who likes to win and I always try and do my best. It's for them to judge me... Fans like players who play with passion and I think it's up to them to be honest, but I'll keep doing what I'm doing."

Leeds United: Kenny, Byram, Green, Peltier, Pearce, White, Norris, Austin, Tonge, Diouf, Varney.
