Description: The jubilant United team here swamp Paul Green in front of the Gelderd End at Elland Road after he scores United's second goal of the game. The shot coming from the Football League Championship game against Crystal Palace at Elland Road on the 24th November, 2012. Green played the full game and scored United's second against the Eagles.

United manager Neil Warnock signed the Republic of Ireland International Paul Green on the 1st July, 2012. The Irish Midfielder coming on a free transfer from Derby County made his first team debut for Leeds in the Football League Cup game against Shrewsbury Town on the 11th August, 2012. Warnock says: "I've always thought he was the kind of player who can create goals as well as score them....I've seen him grow since his days at Doncaster, I'm delighted to get him."

Leeds United: Kenny, Byram, Lees, Tate, Peltier, Thomas, Green, Norris, Tonge, Diouf, Becchio.
Subs: Poleon for Thomas, McCormack for Diouf, Brown for Poleon.
