Description:
The United players here surround the Scottish International Striker Ross McCormack after he had just scored a goal for Leeds on 34 minutes. The shot coming from the Football League Championship game against Ipswich Town at Portman Road on the 27th August, 2011. Ross started the game and scored a goal for Leeds but was replaced on 53 minutes by Andy O'Brien.
Manager Simon Grayson signed Scotland International Ross McCormack from Cardiff City on the 27th August, 2010 for an undisclosed fee. Ross made his debut for the Whites just a day later coming on as substitute in the 70th minute in the 1-0 away win at Watford. United's manager Grayson was delight with the capture of Ross saying: "Ross is a player of good quality.... He's proved in the Championship he can score goals and hopefully he will continue that with us."
