Description:
Ross McCormack United's Scottish International Forward here celebrates with teammates and fans in front of the Gelderd End at Elland Road after he scores for Leeds. The shot coming from the Football League Championship game against Derby County at Elland Road on the 1st April, 2013. Ross replaced youngster Chris Dawson in the game on 57 minutes and scored a goal against the Rams.
Manager Simon Grayson signed Scotland International Ross McCormack from Cardiff City on the 27th August, 2010 for an undisclosed fee. Ross made his debut for the Whites just a day later coming on as substitute in the 70th minute in the 1-0 away win at Watford. United's manager Grayson was delight with the capture of Ross saying: "Ross is a player of good quality.... He's proved in the Championship he can score goals and hopefully he will continue that with us." Leeds United: Kenny, Byram, Pearce, Peltier, Warnock, Green, Austin, Dawson, Diouf, Morison, Varney.
