Description: Luciano Becchio here United's Argentine Striker about to come on for Leeds United in the game down in South Glamorgan. The shot coming from the Football League Championship game against Cardiff City at the Cardiff City Stadium on the 4th January, 2011. Luciano replaced Lloyd Sam in the match after 64 minutes.

The Argentinian Becchio was signed by Gary McAllister on the 31st July, 2008 for three years. He impressed the manager with his performances during the 2007-08 pre-season friendlies while on loan from Spanish outfit Merida Union Deportiva. With some stellar performances for Leeds since his arrival he has made the number 10 shirt his own and become a fans favourite.
