 A Silence At Elland Road |

Description:
The Leeds United team here stand shoulder to shoulder and face their opposition for the day during a minutes silence at Elland Road, the immaculately observed silence was in honour of Remembrance Day. Today was also the day United sported their limited edition commemorative poppy shirts which were worn in a mark of respect to Remembrance Day. Members of the Ark Royal crew can be seen on the sidelines, the crew had just provided a guard of honour for the players as they run on to the pitch. The City of Leeds has special links with the Ark Royal and this was the final time the crew will be in Leeds. The pic coming before the Football League Championship game against Bristol City at Elland Road on the 13th November, 2010.
